We have several annual events and monthly meetings and rides exploring our beautiful region. We have an excellent group of people who keep North Cascade HOG Members well informed of upcoming events through our monthly newsletter, website, and on our Facebook page.
Our General Meeting is held at 10:00am each first Sunday of every month at the Sedro-Woolley American Legion Hall. Doors open at 8:30am for socializing and catching up, and breakfast is served to-order by the American Legion, $15 all inclusive. A group ride will follow.
We welcome visitors, and in fact we will buy you breakfast! Most of us have been around long enough to understand what it feels like to be the new kid on the block. So, try us out and come to a meeting sometime, and or a ride...better yet, come to a meeting and go for a ride! We hope you stay and play for a while.

Some background about the humble beginnings of Skagit Harley-Davidson and how North Cascade Harley Owners Group came to be.
In 1975 the Harley-Davidson Motor Company was a division of AMF (American Machine and Foundry) and struggling to keep the small market share they had left.
It was during this time that Fred Smith, working as a parts manager for Everett Harley, started to form his dreams of one day, owning a Harley dealership.
Determined to follow his dream, Smith got in touch early in 1976 with the factory about opening a store in Skagit County. The Harley-Davidson district rep liked Fred and saw his genuine passion for Harleys. He helped push the motor company to approve Smith for a dealership. The Motor Company of course, saw an opportunity to increase market share and Harley's presence in the Northwest...and Skagit Harley-Davidson was born.
As the dealership grew and prospered, Fred agreed to sponsor a HOG chapter and in December of 1988, the North Cascade Harley Owners Group was founded with 70 charter members. It would come to be known as NCHOG.
With Fred's retirement came a new owner and a name change for the dealership. Though sadly, North Cascades Harley-Davidson fell victim to difficult economics and the pandemic and was eventually closed. Thankfully for the chapter members, the folks at Sound Harley-Davidson stepped in and petitioned the motor company to allow them to sponsor two Chapters. In 2019 they adopted us and have supported our chapter ever since.
You can find us on Facebook at NCHOG or come to one of our meetings at the Sedro-Woolley American Legion Hall on the first Sunday of every month. Or you can pick up one of our Newsletter at Sound Harley-Davidson, they are attached to our bulletin board in the HOG Lounge.
